Pricing and Return Policy.

We at Safriets/Samcraft do everything to be sure your furniture gets there in very good condition. It is inspected and recartoned before it leaves the shippers warehouse, all goods must be paid for in full before shipment. A 10% deposit is required at the time the order is placed, and the remainder is charged upon having the goods ready for shipment.

We will send any repair parts, or replacement parts needed in case of a minor damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to deal with the shipping company in case of damage in transit. They carry insurance to deal with these items.
In case a shipment is refused or returned after the order has been shipped the customer will be responsible for the freight unless it is because of damage or bad merchandise. There will be also be a handling charge of 10% for the time and trouble involved in shipping merchandise of good quality or cancellations.
It is the customers responsibility to check all items for damage before the shippers leave the home and to note any damages on the Bill of Lading. Failure to do this will relieve the shippers of damages due to shipping or manufacturing.

We send all merchandise with a reputable in home delivery service. They will work with you in order to meet you and have the delivery to your home. Remember these trucks are loaded for several different stops over hundreds of miles from N.C. so delivery times are not exact and may have to be altered during the route to your area. It is the responsibility of the customer to have someone available to accept the merchandise.

There will be a 10% restocking fee for all special orders (items not in stock in our warehouse) for all orders cancelled after shipment to us or for orders that cannot be canceled from the manufacturers.
